The signing ceremony of the strategic-partnership agreement between Anhui Construction Engineering Group and CSCEC AECOM Consultants Co., Ltd. - a well-known cross-region and cross-industry engineering design enterprise, was held at Anjian International Mansion - ACEG headquarters office building in Hefei, the capital city of East China`s Anhui Province on the morning of July 31. Mr. Liu Jiajing, General Manager of ACEG Holding and Mr. Shi Chunhai, Chairman of CSCEC AECOM Consultants Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing. Mr. Xu Kishun, GM of ACEG Co., Ltd., and Mr. Li Jianyang, Deputy GM of CSCEC AECOM Consultants Co., Ltd., signed the strategic-partnership agreement on behalf of their respective companies.
Mr. Shi Chunhai thanked ACEG for the warm reception, he said, ACEG is a state-owned leading construction enterprise in Anhui Province, has sophisticated construction technologies and managements. The two sides have the cooperation basis in project general contracting businesses and broader prospects for cooperation in municipal infrastructure projects and other aspects and hopes that the two sides continuously strengthen their business cooperation and jointly promote their higher-quality developments on win-win basis.
Mr. Wang Houliang, Chairman of ACEG Co., Ltd., welcomed Chairman Shi Chunhai and his delegation and introduced briefly ACEG`s general situations, business scopes and the development history.
According to this agreement, both parties will adhere to the principle of “working together in good faith to benefit each other” and join hands with combined strengths and complementary advantages to carry on all-around cooperation in areas as investment and financing, engineering design, construction and operation businesses for municipal infrastructures, water environments, landscape and so on and so forth.
Officials from relevant departments of both sides also attended the signing ceremony.
